Duplication of a model. When you experience the urgent request for you to be the same as others and do without reflection, deep thinking if this will add value to you and your work, or will add value to the service you represent or will add value to others and shift the paradigm of monotony. Again the end product is chocolate, machine patterns, the idea sprout once and kept going for decades into the market.
Yet, despite it is chocolate, Consumers differ. The more sophisticated the consumer the more they look at the quality and price. These two critical components make a shift in the paradigm. Here Corporates have to create a completely different product line relies on quality and price and here competition starts what quality ingredients am I going to add to my product and service to make me stand out among other products that target those who look for something different. So, setting the bar higher, with higher standards and differentiation in services qualities.
Here, we have to witness a shift in seeing things, what do we want? And how to get there? What elements or components do we need to get us there? Who are our audiences? Where are they? How to reach them? Do I want grand planning? Or should I start small to test and see as a starting point? Then, recording my results to get the feedback I am waiting for so I can form a clear comprehensive mission for the next step. The most important component is who will be in my team, what characteristics I am looking for? How can I attract them? What are their strengths that I may function within the mission to strengthen it and move forward to a bigger plan? How can I support them? Am I embracing their individuality, encouraging their creativity, letting them know that their new fresh perspective into the industry is more than invited? What are their personal goals and how can they align with the industry vision, mission, and philosophy? Am I creating a culture of pushbacks and welcoming open discussions and dialogues? am I creating a culture of we are in this all together? See your differences as unique pieces added to the original mission? Working strategically through what can be done to make me move forward and omitting distractions and what does not serve the purpose and the goal of my mission. Am I creating a culture of respect and value to humans and having them as an asset? Am I open to others to disagree with me. Am I creating a culture of win-win? Am I creating a culture of nurturing and support? Am I giving a chance for deflection or reflection? Am I creating a culture of blaming and victimhood or culture of taking responsibility and accountability? It is through the everyday process that I can reach the best potential of my goal with higher standards.
Many cultures still function on the old ways of doing things who we know and can be trusted no matter your level of knowledge. Who can fit and who can not fit? So we are looking at specific criteria that repeat themselves and the circle does not end. Another piece to be added to the puzzle is personal interpretations of individuals. As individual thinkers, they may be considered a threat or not comfortable to be around. So, you find your voice struggling to get to the facts and the bottom truth of what and why? More secrecy, surprise element, tactics of wars. Misunderstanding and meaningless conflict, certain agendas and clarity or honesty, so the manipulation strategy started to shape and take place in all actions being performed through the day? You find yourself walking your journey again on your own and go figure it out. A misconception of meeting people where they are and accept them as they are. When you believe in what are you doing, you do not second guess yourself. you understand what and why? When the world is trying to convince you the opposite, simply embrace the differences, the disagreement and move on.
If you try to prove your point over and over or explain yourself over and over and the other side is not willing to listen, so be comfortable to stop as you are echoing your voice only to yourself. Working from a point of respect and appreciation to each one value within the whole context is a higher way of thinking, like the Japanese or Hindu minds they agree on the principle of service and how far we as all take it to the next level. No place for drama or deflecting, if you want something, you have to work hard to earn it as well respecting where others come from. If we are seeking duplication of a product in humans we are denying God's uniqueness in creating us the way we are.
We all come from a different place of life, we all have sort of experiences got us where we are. We all have some knowledge and passion to carry us where we are. Each one serves at the level of how much contribution and value they can add to the final product, a product that will leave a mark and a legacy. Rethink Humanity. That is my aspirations as long as I have breath on this earth, keeping moving, serving the ONE who made me the way I am. No matter how hard I am being judged, labeled, bullied, threaten, or made to feel unsafe on my field. No matter how much contradictions I am met with on a daily basis. My heart is so wide and deep to bury all the hardships, disappointment and rejection I face. To run my race, it is a tough one, I do believe God won't give us more than we can handle so rejoice ,there is a light by the end of the tunnel or maybe this light is me, why not, He is Mighty, Great and Able to put the desire in my heart and carry the flame of change , love you all no matter how far you are trying to hurt me even without knowing me, as we can carry a flame of enlightenment to the life of others through good words, the same power can be used to destroy others just because they are not like us, so be aware to put a wonderful piece to the puzzle and let your light shines.
