When the land is plain when nature reflects the glory of God around. When everything is going on with no stop. When life sounds so mysterious and no answer about. We tend to spread the boundaries, to the point that you will find yourself one day that this is not right or sound right or something is off is happening that cross the boundaries that must exist from day one. Wait, are we supposed aware of the true meaning of things or we are supposed to be taught or learn them by doing, action, experiences, or relationships/
Years ago if you mention the word relationships, the first thing comes to my mind is your inner circle, the ones that belong to you by blood. year after year, I come to know relationships are each communication happens with any group of people. Here comes the deep knowledge about how relationships are formed. Going through lots of situations I came to a point at this moment it may stay the same or change as in relationships, everything comes out. the best and most pleasant relationship is the customer services as there is a script you are trained to, specific responses and there is a boundary a customer can not cross. At the grocery store, or wherever you are shopping simple and clear communications, how are you today, did you find everything ok? have a great day here is your receipt. That is it, where can I find..? Do you have...? in the store? another thing still no one will cross your boundary as that is the protocol and everyone is aware of it, so all on the same page.
Here in different settings where your job is all about getting personal, the whole story shifts as interests, goals, vision will differ and the whole scenario will be exposure to invading the boundaries you set for yourself. As the criteria in this way, you will be judged personally, here comes the options of I like this person or I do not like this person and whether you like the person or not, you will do your best to spread your views and here comes the process of boxing people according to personal assumptions. So you start to wonder are we talking minds or persons? And here comes our challenges which in many times we can not control as you are not going to make someone like you and they made up their minds not to like you so it is a waste of time, energy and even life if you try to make them like you. That what may turn our life into a miserable lifestyle as whatever their assumptions, they are made and there is no harm to them thinking like that, the true harm is you. The true effect is on you as you allow all these negative vibes around you, deplete you down. In many times drama is the food of those who strive on making others miserable since they can see that it truly affect you, so it works. Be sure such harmful relationships won't disappear as they are on the constant look for prey to feed their hunger as they strive on making others hurt, sad, sick or even angry or mad. Do not wonder such energy does exist. Be sure that if there is joy within them, it is not for you and you are not part of it. The only part kept for you is drama, sadness, anger, criticizing, finding fault in everything you do, keep the record of your flaws, by all means, joy is not for you. So what is your choice?
So keeping defending yourself, won't work. Believing their junk onto you will be the greatest fault you will ever do to yourself. Allowing such patterns to run all over you, is a crime against yourself as a human. .Deal with the truth that the meanness of a person only reflect who they are not who you are. Toward A deeper Understanding
Working within the Childcare field for almost 8 years, each year brings another piece of understanding to the field I once choose to work within after 15 years of experience of work with Highschoolers and college students overseas. A huge shift and it looked like once I began walking within unknown gates, mazes and lives. Different cultures, different lifestyles and different beliefs. As a refugee first what everyone will see this person? A person in need of food and shelter so you have to get a job to be able to feed yourself so having a real life, a whole life this is not expected to a person who had nothing and had no future also almost reaching their 40th. So the expectations are getting what you get does not throw a fit. Understanding basic life skills was so restricted as if I was trying to look within a dark window, foggy, and cloudy. All I was I know is my passion to work with kids, explore their pure, honest world. Kids do not lie, deceit, envy, beat each other, or work behind the scene against each other. I want their pure hearts to carry me in my wilderness. Where open sincere advice hard to get. You have to teach yourself. You have to search for yourself. You have to know what you want by yourself so the journey is not easy, the journey is tough. Face the world that is the reality. You are on the edge as a single adult within her 40th at that time, no trust may be considered as a threat so restrictions are the way to put her under spot.
So, the Journey turned out to be not about the children anymore, as the conflict culture that what the business runs on. It was a shock at the beginning as my heart back then was like a child wanted to hang around children, help them to explore and learn about the world around them, feel confident to do things on their own. That was the mind that which was mocked, made fun of, taken for granted, and taken advantage of. So I found myself being judged for each word I say, stories are built around me and day by day my confidence is gone, left scared alone fighting the backlashes of the universe, my body started to manifest its tiredness through undiagnosed illness and some are diagnosed all I knew that all the hard conflicts, behind the scene, plots my body was affected by all of this. There were moments when I thought I am not going to make it the next day. The tough culture of survival, poison with the honey. We do go through life and the hard lessons within. And it all comes back to my child's heart back then. Working within undeclared agendas work environments won't lead an individual like me to be.
Having a deeper look the field is mastered and controlled by certain ethnic groups and the structure of how the business is going is being built from one generation to another, so putting people in the certain frame, label, box than what is expected or your life will be on the fringe all the time. So let us see what is accepted within the childcare business:
first, your race will determine what you will do and what you can not. If you are a person like me, restrictions will follow.
Second, If you have a family, children, body friend or girlfriend you are trusted ,a s you will be considered normal, not like me who put her mind and how far you can work on yourself through thinking more than personal relationships that are considered abnormal and all labels will be thrown at you, each action you take will be monitored you will find instead of your coworker who is supposed to be on the same page with you will be spying on you and reporting everything in their own perspective not what has to be done,so you find yourself turned to be a job for someone which makes me determined to be myself more than ever before.
third, on the community culture childcare has become a package in one place, a different form of babysitting and making connecting for trusted babysitters. Afterschool and during holidays, emergencies and even traveling so that is a big relief especially from 6 month-7 years old that is the biggest challenge to many families, so if a parent couldn't find this package here they are not happy.
fourth, it is another way to get to employ people who can travel for specific missions so if you are not one of these, narrow chance you will be accepted within the environment.
Wow, that is a lot eye-opening to me, my little world which is focused on academics, formalities, and dreaming of environment that the basic and primary focus is the child and providing them with all elements they want to set them for success for the rest of their lives. When we come to know that % 90 of the child's brain developed till the age of 5 that makes me come to a full stop. What design is prepared to make this time the most acknowledgeable and sustainable life of learning? Do we look at the dynamics of relationships of an adult as healthy dynamics? Do we acknowledge their presence around us? What kind of mental nourishment do you feed them? As what you feed reflects itself within their day outside the house? What they watch? who they communicate with? Lots of awakening questions coming to my mind when we realize that our tiredness, frustrations, impatient, prejudice, jealousy all unwanted hardcore feelings are being passed to the child through on simple spontaneous conversation and here the child receives all these maldesigned patterns as normal.
Yes, we are humans, yes we have feelings yet did you set the standard that when I am home when I am around children do I keep all these dysfunctional attitudes in private, bedrooms, outdoor Me time, adult time? And my kids will be surrounded with a type of high-level language that will help them establish new neurons and good communication patterns with peers, adults and within the society, they belong to. We all tend to spell our feelings no matter what they are the moment we feel them, yet lots of times it comes back to your perception not the reality or what has to be done. Doing chores with your child teach him responsibility instead of explaining why you hate this person or you can not stand this person. Normally we start to criticize others when we ourselves don't feel good about ourselves. there is hidden unfulfilled need or fallen dream so you pass you a negative mantra to your child which rob their innocence and taken away from their rights to have a healthy pattern of life, socially, mentally, and physically.
So, my choice as a refugee to work with children was not a complete profound vision setting. It was a naive approach to a person that felt once she has nothing to stick to in life but hope!!!!!!!! By: ME" The Old Ancient Woman"

Traffic Reflections
Normally the simplest way to understand traffic is that it is the usual and continual flow of motion that is part of life. We do understand the majority of the times we have to pay attention to that flow and understand which pattern that follows. That may help us in the way the flow will go or stop. It is all a reflection of how our brain function as well. Lots of traffic goes within and only the ones that I am allowing to go or pass that are the ones who will affect my entire life either positive or negative.
It starts since we were born and being in the real world make us sense these pulses. When we are babies we are in preoperational communication, we are not equipped to communicate emotionally or socially in a deeper way. So whatever traffic pass into our mind, it stays there. Day after day we gain the ability to communicate socially and emotionally and here comes back all that is allowed into the mind and shape the way the person is communicating their way into life.
The reflective picture of what has been dwelled in the mind and shaped the first concepts about the world. For those who do not understand the social-emotional evolution principles within any community that will be a shock for them if the person is not aware of how much this picture can break down and prior knowledge about human development and their projection within the communities they are within or they may move to. If you will be the type of person who will be shocked by the harsh realities you may face during the day, you are O.k. You are not alone to understand another phase of life. It is not fun or you wished to face one day, here you go welcome to the 21st-century tech influence on human life.
One day we were taught that a good person is the one who excels in school and respect the values of their families and communities. Culture played a big role in that. All the stream even focused on the same principles so Young learners grow and sense the same harmony where ever they go. Many things were presented to young learners in its finest and purest way. Everything was mostly the same tone. So your senses are experiencing the good flow of traffic till you are a teenager here you are represented to the mature world when everyone is shifting you into maturity either you agree or not. Thinking of this right now, it does make sense why many things happen and how this shaped my independence in a very strong way. Yet no one mentioned how the brain develops and how this affects our perception about life and our relationship with others. The big leap we had to take from childhood into adulthood no between explains a lot to me about the value of time and our life itself. While you go around different cultures, there is no sense of these two value to young learners as they are given the green card to do whatever they want even it may affect the lives of others on a negative way. Are children used as a shield to achieve afraid adults to do hard conversations with each other as adults?
Again traffic, what are you allowing to pass to your children the meanness of the world? Using children as a front to reach a certain aspect of life, is a very dangerous aspect to exist in life. Doing so you are murdering the innocence they were once born with. Being afraid to address your wants as an adult face to face, is another sign of weakness how a community is built. So children learn if you want to have something or make things happen to be mean, rude, disrespectful and hurt whoever hindering you to get your way. So the value of our life here on earth does not exist. Going back to the mammal brain that permits survival for the fittest. We as the adult are creating a generation that may take the decision on a day to use the same attitude for the next generation, a generation of energy. vampires, we all understand how the toxic energy can zap person energy, and even life, less productivity, damaged neuron, creating sick people are not able to fully function in the simplest steps in daily routines. The law of the survival of the fittest normally used among groups that depend on each other to feel their power, hence they are on hunt who to add to the group to guarantee existence within the system that is used from one generation into the other. So the principle that we are all free is not true. Freedom is different according to which group you belong to and is allowed and what is not. So since a person is a child is exposed to be a choice and in order to survive, the person has to follow the rules of the group even if these rules based on zapping the energy of a targeted person and is a threat for certain agendas. It is all what kind of traffic are you allowing into your mind and if you are allowing these traffic to pass or stop,
To understand the complexity of the rule of survival for the fittest go back and search of millions and millions of situations, cases and incidents about social injustice and fighting for existence even in the freest countries. So interesting when you see that human life is on a scale and is weighted according to their circle of influence not their value as individuals. So do not be surprised to see the new generation is ready to jump into any scenario to survive and be the fittest. So when you are faced by energy vampires, stop and ask yourself what is accurate here? what is true here? Can I ignore this or can I move on understanding the behind the scenes blueprint?
Congratulation for roaming into the maze of human complexity that will not end till the second coming of Jesus Christ, as Jesus told us in this world you will have tribulations and who is causing them it is us human being, this endless vicious cycle of diminishing one another socially, emotionally even on the war zones, it is all leads to the survival for the fittest, more mammal brain and reptile brain setting. So, we have to take a deep breath every single moment we are stuck in unwanted traffic till it passes. Or we have to take a stand to end this cycle of diminishing the human integrity and existence within the world? The choice is yours as many choose to take a deep breath and wait till it passes. Yet, hard things happen in between and questions never end as the hardships are the fuel to survive. We are living on a hot surface of ill seeds that easily find their ways into the human brain. Drawing conclusions
We go through life sometimes drawn to the wrong beliefs and opinions based on what we have acquired from our environment and experiences we go through. Sometimes these beliefs completely blind you from seeing the truth and what you can do or even who you are. So, you find yourself getting caught in a loop of untruthful realities, I call them realities as you truly live them and they shape what do think about yourself and how the world thinks about you. They drive you to the wrong places, experiences and maybe anything that are not the right thing to you in order to help you to be the better you and the best you could be. It is like a thick binder that we find ourselves caught up within. This allows you to take tunnel way of thinking as the safest strategy to follow so this how you can avoid digging to understand and understand the true picture of your life and what you are supposed to do.
Looking backward, sticking to the wrong patterns and as a result making the wrong decisions till you find yourself maintaining a huge pile of unresolved scenarios, due to believing in all what the world throws unto you. Wrong beliefs and lies are like the iron suit put on you to imprison your life within as you allowed them to creep into you and control the breath you take. How it feels? Absolutely terrifying and hard to believe, yet it happens. When you allow wrong beliefs and lies run your life, you are not having a life, a living life and it is not a desirable place a true person love to be in. As we created free, having a free will and the choice to say it loud, speak it out. And here comes a question, do we use our words to beat each other up, abuse, humiliate, belittle, disrespect, humiliate and the list goes on out of these iron suits are being put on us in a way or another to imprison us and keep us away from the truth. Wrong beliefs about hating or accepting a certain race or gender that is another iron suite keeping looking for a prey to imprison and discard their lives so horribly and humiliating to the honoring creation of God to us.
Coming to some or partial conclusions that having a tendency to rip a free will soul of their value and worth, is nothing but challenging God in His creation. Teaching one generation after the other about how to put an iron suite on a free will soul, is nothing but following the voice of the devil, not God. With all life complexity, it takes a true realization of God's presence and how much He cares for us, especially in this dark battle, does not want to end. Darkness is a choice as light is a choice and it takes a true soul to see the light first within and reflects it on the outside.
Running your race it will come back to your choice, is your race in the light or not. And if so tell yourself why you made this choice rather than the darkness? In a world that is overwhelmed by the work of darkness especially the physical side, It is the guaranteed and right to the point to see immediate results in hurting souls physically and mentally and there is no law is protecting these souls from the harm is being done to them, as its authority and powerful impact and large monetary gain. Souls become worthiless of they do not serve the common interests, it takes a huge amount of strenght and determination to say no,Iam not going to tolerate this anymore, I do believe in God's promises which are life and grace. Search My Heart Oh!LORD
I thought it is over, the triggers, the shadows that are keeping track of my existence in the world. If you keep on remembering the injustice and the valleys in the deep dark of the life of days of the past. Healing is like open heart surgery, casting all your care on Him as you have no strength through this. Walking the roads of the unknown, seeking the light at the end of the tunnel. Are these my fears or the aftermath hurricane within. Wondering can I make it through? and where am I going? Or there is something I can not see clearly yet. Looking for evidence and cues to make sense and trying to make it through. Asking LORD will you allow me to see clearly for my weary soul cannot fathom the exact message you are trying to tell. Mixed vision leads to nothing but confusion. And confusion does not let you look at the way so clear, wondering what you mean lord, shall I stop searching or keep it on?
