Why our thoughts are so powerful?
A point of silence and nothingness led me to realize the influence of human thought on all body-mind functionality. This automatic telegraph keeps reading and writing trillions of thoughts throughout the day. Not only the process of the thought passing through, but it is also more than that. The thought triggers the connectivity of past experiences, leads to feelings, and feelings lead to the reactivity with impulses that impact the next decision the individual will take. However, there is something else that is changing the mechanism of how you react, and the severity of the reactivity. it is good to know not only the feeling that influences the behavior, but it is also more about your level of inflammation. Inflammation does influence the behavior of human beings. Inflammation can separate the prefrontal cortex and the Amygdala. The prefrontal cortex is the break that allows the individual to think with empathy, and compassion, and make conscious decisions based on is it worth it? However, this essential part of the brain completes its development by the age of 25 years old, some may take till 30 years old. Since life is filled with lots of disruptions social, emotional, economical, environmental that contribute to the dysfunctional foundation of the prefrontal cortex that impacts the override of the amygdala leading to the impulsive behaviors. Once impulsive behaviors started to shape the daily activities, they will be expressed more and more in the urge of I need..., I want... I have to.... with a vocal tone that reflects the irritability, discomfort, authoritative, commanding, and unfriendly communication among humans. Hence, there is a biochemical component of human impulsive behavior, which is the increase of the level of inflammation in the body. when it reaches the brain here the compromise of the human quality of life has been compromised. Chronic inflammation is an underlying root cause of anxiety, depression, and many other disorders. However, the chaotic state of the increased level of cytokines within the cell, leads to more manifestation of diseases, to name a few autoimmune disorders, candida, Dysbiosis, SIBO, and many other neurological disorders, if chronic inflammation is not addressed it hacks the brain, leads to severe damage, leading to neurodegenerative diseases.
However, knowing the root cause of factors that drive inflammation within the body, is a key factor to identify the biofilms and proteins, and what causes the elevation of such biomarkers driving the inflammation level. No one can deny that the world is living in more overwhelming factors starting from the food, personal care products, mold, medications, trauma, oral bacteria, topical bacteria found on the skin all over the body, high sugar diet, processed, preserved, cleaning products, lead, mercury, iron, copper, saturated fats, hydrogenated fats, fuel fumes, glyphosate, and more suppressed immune system. In addition to genetics, what the person is predisposed to. So, Humans are a complex matrix. recording this matrix starts with understanding where you are. Understand your gut health, how far your gut microbiome is sound, are there biomarkers of inflammation within your body, the level of it, what drives your blood sugar dysregulation, blood pressure, and what vitamin, minerals, and nutrients your body is deficient in? Are there any endotoxins, exoticness, or the ecology of your gut bacteria that will tell a lot about the intestinal permeability leading all unwanted toxins to go through the bloodstream causing more chronic inflammation, and unhealthy you?
Health by design starts with understanding where the person is at, doing the right lab tests work, and understanding that removing all the toxins that cause the inflammation requires radical commitment from the person to seriously take their health as their first priority. Finding the right specialties, and the support to work with you toward a healthy you. Inflammation is the main drive of more impulsive behaviors, shaping this barrier between the prefrontal cortex and the Amygdala. The Amygdala is all about the fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or faint. feeding your body with a more inflammatory diet is inviting more hyperactivity of the amygdala, less sleep, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and more negative changes within the human biochemistry. Eating more inflammatory food will increase more production of the lactase enzyme, less oxygen flows into the body cells, less body regulation, and organ function. Functioning from dysfunctional biochemistry will negatively impact how you perceive the world, and will increase your reactive mood. The complex matrix of the human body is a must to know microbiology education for all. Humans are not functioning from system organs primarily, they are functioning on a cellular level. And how healthy is your cellular tissue, will determine how you think, how you feel, and how you act, which will shape who you are, how you perceive the world around you, your productivity level and more will impact your mortality and the quality of your life.
