The gap between self awareness, perception within self fallacy, racial discrimination, and intergenerational trauma

In earlier ages, back in the ages, humans learned how to survive, connect for survival, and live by survival for the fittest. They fought in the wilderness, hunted for their food, and stored whatever could be stored for times of starvation, danger, and lack of harvest, rain, or storms when times allowed for the primitive brain and mammalian brain to be dominant through primary instinct as hunter-gatherers. They fought for the moment of survival against tribes and wildlife. Their main goal back then was food, shelter, and reproduction. Many things were discovered by accident when the need aroused. Therefore, the central perception of life was life happened to me, and they had to fight back using the fight/flight response. Having a safe environment was not in place; life was dangerous, and they had to survive, fight, and conquer the challenges with whatever tools existed back then. The primitive life is run by the primitive man. The animal kingdom, hyperarousal, hypervigilant, and adaptation to threats. Primitive man passed their DNA composition across generations, making the fear response inherited within human physiology and neurology. The mechanisms of survival didn't fade. Groups were divided into predators and victims, both extreme sides of the living equation. Rulers and followers, cunning and naive, wicked and pure, were the main aspects of differentiation among the kingdom of humans, taking the characteristics of animal personalities. The aggressor, weak, violent, and naive are some of the characteristics of adjectives used to describe animal behavior and passed to be the description of humans. Therefore, why all this heaviness in life?

The more the human remains in the animal kingdom behavior, the more survival for the fittest reigns the phenomenon of life. The yelling, the screaming, the violent actions against others, the depletion of life within those who do not align with the animal behaviors in the form of a human, the battle between the hunger for power, the sense of increased sense of aggression, and harm to control the life of those who don't align with the animal kingdom in the form of humans, the centuries, and decades kept the patterns alive within everyone remains in the reptilian, mammalian brain following the desires of their flesh to control the weak and the unfit.

Another question arose within the evolution of the human kingdom when industrialization took place: What man-made evolution called the world of wealth and power determined another camouflage of the animal kingdom in the form of humans. It happened at individual and group levels. The child comes to the world seeking their place. They grow up losing their place, and challenges distort their self-identity and self-image. The inherited fear conditioning response gets activated with an accumulation of present experiences fixed around helplessness, hopelessness, intimidation, and loss of conscious awareness to navigate their environment. They become the victims of each predator and understand their weaknesses and circumstances. The interplay of emotional regulation is driven by fear from the victim and aggression by anger from the predator. The dynamic affects the primary emotions negatively, resulting in an ongoing state of stress and collective trauma.

The inner sense of the reptilian and mammalian brain haven't progressed to the state of the human-human brain. The perception of an unsafe place and the perception of prolonged stress led to the make-up of self-fallacy when the victim brought all the blame onto themselves for being the reason the predator attacked them or caused harm to them. The shame and guilt got internalized, allowing self-rejection, isolation, avoidance, and the common saying," This happened because of me. If I wasn't there, this wouldn't happen; I could not figure anything out or solve any problem as Iam the problem." The more the negative inner voice grew, the more the predator was successful in their plan to keep the constant state of self-blame, rejection, and conflicting thoughts by the victim. Imagine this vicious loop guiding each decision the victim takes in each step of their lives, walking with the mindset that they are helpless, hopeless, and can not do anything on their own. Thus, it gives a free invitation for more predators to walk into their lives, more co-dependency, and more destruction of the self and the existence of the human being. Still, the predator acts from the animal brain, taking the form of a human.

Modern life luxury invites the animal brain to disguise itself in fine clothes, accessories, and a high-end lifestyle, which is tempting to the vulnerable who become so dependent on whoever walks their way. Their sense of self diminished. The cycle repeats itself from one generation into the other, driven by primary emotions mixed with complex emotions like envy and jealousy, greed, love, hate, or even the construct of racial discrimination, which is culturally embedded and reflected in opinions, decisions, and grouping. The complexity of human dynamics driven by the animal brain increased the suffering among the young and the old. The conflict and the contradiction shaped the ambiguity of the essence of self and the dignity of human life. Treating humans like herds of animals have no voice or choice and are enslaved to the power of the animal brain, aggression, violence, hate, envy, jealousy, greed, and overconsumption of the human soul, depleting the integrity of human life, and brings sadness to those who witness or observe the complexity in social dynome.

The elevation of the human-human brain is kept by a few who consider themselves out of this world and seek power and control for the sake of power and control to satisfy their animal brain desires and antisocial behaviors against human beings. When it was once said, "humans are created in the image of GOD.' that sums up many things; even with such heaviness in human behaviors against one another, GOD is reassuring that there is something good. However, it is like a drop of salt; they are few, yet their impact is noticed and felt. The elevation of the human brain requires the presence of a heightened sense of conscious awareness, attention, and understanding of why the world is made this way. The burden is heavy, and the vulnerable are the ones who suffer, struggle, and fall victim in the hands of those who are activated by the animal brain. It is a complex mission to identify the vulnerable, empower them, and release them back to the world where they were once hurt and harmed when their sense of safety and trust is fragmented. It is difficult to restore trust when behaviors mimic each other when you do not know whether the person in front of you, next to you, or around you is authentic or a predator in disguise. Trauma changes the neurocircuits and the perception of the world. It passes from one generation to the other, forming another paradigm about the animal- brain, the human- brain, and the rue of survival of the fittest.... it is a loop within a world that has not been built on God's word. Delusional realities mixed with shallow perceptions

The complexity of realities, relationships, and communications in the absence of self-consciousness, awareness, and the intuitive connection between the SELF-self, self-other, Me vs. them, us vs. them, and we + them whatever the pronounced stand, reflect on the perception of what is considered delusional realities are built upon distorted beliefs, conceptions, and attention to the pain. Whether it is seen or unseen, the name is the same Pain. Or let me say it once again: Pain with a capital P, pain with a small p. The drive for all reactions and behaviors within the distorted self once was a pure self, untouched, clean, and filled with joy and laughter. Gradually, life storms come to dim all this purity, happiness, and laughter, replacing it with an unknown self, a false image, and distorted realities, carrying the Pain into a new layer added up from what they have experienced and thought once that is the only way. With all the blessings and abundance around them, given freely from heaven, humans choose different inputs and equations to silence and recollect more pain. From separation to helplessness, from agitation and anger to disruption, the mind is not clear anymore and is hammered with heaviness and racing pain. Where is joy? Where laughter becomes heavy and hard to attain, it has to be faked.

Life is hard to attain, feeling in despair and unable to stand to carry the SELF instead of denying it and merging within the chaos and any sense of delusional realities to please the moment of despair. Breathing becomes shallow or complex to grasp or may silenced for the effort is unattained, trying to catch what is left, with no sense, all is delusional, and the self gets lost in the temptation of whoever through fakness to silence the pain within. The feeling of abandonment, neglect, unseen, unheard, or unfulfilled, all disguised behind false perceptions, ignoring the value within. The human condition became more complex due to bitterness, agony, and anger never being resolved. Whatever behavior follows, it is a cry to hide, to numb, to disguise within the shallow perceptions of delusional realities, unreal and destructive to the human soul. The world is filled with hurt and harm; hurt people hurt people in the meantime, causing a vicious cycle of denying the rights of the human soul.

The courage to break the chain of the new captivity of human life takes a village as the harm is great, and the outcomes shake God's throne for the injustice that occurs from human to human. Humans assigned themselves as owners of others' lives and took away any right to sense their existence and belonging to themselves first before chasing delusional realities and fakeness. The origin of the disease is the weakening of the human faith in their right to have a life, which was promised before they even were born. Humans now assign themselves as Gods who have the right to live, who have to suffer, and who shall be put to silence. The harm is great; it takes a village to restore the sense of self, connection, safety, and belief that they belong to God, who creates everything, even the wicked. Billions are living with fear, hunger, poverty, sickness, and despair at the hands of humans like them.

It takes a village to restore the sense of dignity to human life. It takes lots of courage to keep moving despite all the fears. It takes time to heal, repair, and have a sense of self again; it is a cry out for being human and stopping the drive of harming others to feel satisfied and hateful pleasure in hurting others. However, some are designed to be nothing but a destructive power on earth and keep the good and evil war continuing till GOD has the final word. Distorted self is nothing but an outcome of a distorted world, shallow perceptions, and delusional realities of how fake belonging might seem. Peace!!! By: ME, "The old ancient woman."
