Hello, 2024. It's a new year with new hopes and aspirations. However, I want to shed light on how the socioeconomically and political agendas still control the dynamic of what thinking outside the box may look like, what is approved or accepted, or specifically who is approved and accepted, and if still, this equation is valid with the age of artificial intelligence, open sources information, and social media breakthrough the minds, thoughts, feelings, habits, and beliefs across cultures. I want to continue explaining the human condition constraints within the socioeconomic and political systems that are rounded around for all women challenged with the ever-changing dynamics of the workplace where they are the outsiders, misfits, and watch out for. Each woman chooses to pursue her dreams and does not fit into the box of others and their agenda to use or misuse. and abuse her existence, for each woman who used to dim her light due to the high waves of competition, intimidation, and discrimination because she does not fit in with anyone around her agenda and plans for self-promoting. For each woman was battered by gaslighting, violence, and neglect of her own being, for each woman chose to stand alone for the sanity of her life and respect of her own being, I say to you my apology for being put in such narrowing experiences, discomfort, and the pressure of implicit biases, and discrimination only because you do not fit in others agenda or expectations. Classically, history is repeating itself, for those who were oppressed in history now become the oppressors of those who look, consider, and expect to be inferior to them. Sadly, history repeats itself, and this predisposition will always be to the superior, inferior, powerful, and weak. I must play it big, and you must play it small role dynamics.
Unfortunately, the socioeconomic and political demographic changes bring the same mindset of group control dynamic who is in and who is out. It is not a matter of education or experience; it is all about who you are affiliated with. Therefore, the human condition is still a subjective dynamic rather than objective, competitiveness rather than collaboration, inner groups rather than mixed groups, and different perspectives and mindsets. Intimidation and oppression were powerful tools to serve the superiority agenda across history, and yet, it is still adopted to create the present path of population hierarchy. The oppressed learned the lesson of how to be the oppressor. it is embedded in the cell membrane, introducing the behavior projection onto the target. it is more than a social justice phenomenon. It is an existence phenomenon. While pandemics target vulnerable populations, oppression targets those who are seen as a threat and represent qualities of equality. The word equal functions as numbers, not identity, education, or experience. It reflects the control of race, ethnicity, and beliefs affiliation more than openness and acceptance of the misfit. Unfortunately, oppression is a psychological manipulation, and it is not tangible or empirical evidence to measure as it is based on the interpretation of perception, which can be manipulated by the oppressor. Therefore, it is a lost battle if you choose to go through it.
Therefore, I invite you in 2024 to persevere, stand up for yourself, acknowledge the unjust, and not expect the world justice; you have to create the one that brings respect, dignity, and integrity for the wasted years, and know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made and that is God's word which will never fail. Adhering to oppression in any way or form is humiliating for God's creation. It is a reflection of sick minds that were brainwashed by their own trauma and chose to act the same way they have been treated. Therefore, they will never see you as a human. They see you as a projection of their wounds, pain, and injustice that has been done unto them one day. Therefore, you are meant to learn the lesson of identifying between the oppressor and navigating through the tough times to seek healing and restoration and stand up for yourself. Do not expect someone to support and defend you in public. Battered women are perceived as a tool for scapegoating and more emotional dumbing and exclusion. Do not expect a fair world; it doesn't exist. You are responsible for standing up for yourself, no matter what. Keep moving, and out of the box is scary, filled with trials and tribulations, no career support as you are seen as a threat, not a collaborator, no clear path is made for you, so you have to tune into yourself and see what God has made you for, and pick up yourself, stand tall and know that you have all the support from the MIGHTY ONE the maker of heaven and earth and HE can walk you through, trust HIM with all your heart, mind and soul and know that you are not alone, Iam one of the voices to stand by you and for you to keep moving.
