Whenever we grow in life, it is not only about the physiological growth that is so apparent in the physical world; many take this as a sign of maturity. Here is another grown-up person within the community. Yet, physical growth happens automatically, whether you wish or not; we all are aging since we are in the womb of our mothers, and no one is getting younger physically, and by the years count. Yet there is more to the equation regarding growth among these elements. To make a meaningful equation for the person's development is, the personality inherited chiefly and relies on the traits. Temperament, in addition to the adaptive unconscious, developed a coping mechanism for survival over time. Among these traits is openness to new adventures, agreeableness, introversion, extrovert, competitiveness, discipline, easygoing, cunning, ingenuity, and so much more which can stay with the person wherever they go and are shown clearly when situations happen, challenges, rivalry, or power struggle. Another element that can influence the personality is the environment starting from parents, families, peers, school, college, university, work, and group community can shape new norms within the original personality. It adds complexity to the foundation of the personality depending on the type of experiences and the depth of the situations. From these experiences, something emerges that is the energy within the personality that shows clearly in the interaction, communication, and the context of the socio-cultural norms within the situation presented, and that carries with it the tribe pride.
The tribe's pride in what shows up in how things should go and who should be in power, control, and have the upper hand in the final word in any given situation. Here the human-to-human interaction isn't the core of the scenario. It is where the underlying motive and agenda to promote a specific tribe and direct the public attention toward the emergence of these tribes influence decision-making. Here the course faction is more subjective, not objective. It will determine who should be on the boat, who should be dropped off the ship, and who will have to be eliminated entirely, and causing havoc within any socio-cultural context doesn't promote the tribe's pride. It drives its strength from decades of longing to have power, to live in an era that has been longed for decades. Individual dreams are not considered or promoted since they don't align with the tribe's pride plan. And when actions occur in a group, they have a higher impact than the individual action, which doesn't make any sound or be noticed or observed. In cultures that promote outgoing, extroversion and competitive personalities, take heart it will consume, exhaust, and deplete any other energies that don't pick their vibes. Where aggressiveness is reflected while the plan progresses, intense, heavy, and ambiguous plans project themselves. This gives rise to character weaknesses in many forms, like bullying, inferiority, and superiority interaction, ignoring all those who don't align with the tribe's pride plan or agenda. Belittling and again aggressiveness is a hallmarks in day-to-day interaction. Conflict of interest within the socio-cultural context becomes the norm in the group or community. Sometimes you come to the understanding the culture is promoting the gang mindset within the well-weaved psychological games to make sure that the antagonists are trapped within the fear response, intimidation, and provoked scenarios that are only experienced for a short time by the antagonists then disappear, presenting this psychological trap that can't be open up about. Hackers are another example of character weakness, they have talent, but the competitiveness around them doesn't bring them the income they want, therefore when presented with a hacking chance with a good amount of money and no one can see them or catch them, it becomes another powerful force to put on board to carry on the tribe pride plan. Therefore, hacking becomes the backstage to get the job done when time is crucial for executing a higher plan level. And again, no one can hold us accountable if we blame the air. Can you catch the air, the society will label you "Crazy, bipolar, schizophrenic" and all types of labels to align with the common goal within the agenda. The essence of tribal pride in the modern world where technology took over the strong human character to show up with integrity and dignity among the group. Enables them with the following common goal, "If you can't execute it straightforward, and own it, do it dirty in any way and get it done." that is another element that reflects the power of the group, specifically inner groups, and intergroup who can communicate through technology, wireless headphones, apple watches, security accessories like necklaces, rings, earrings, and many other shapes of forms that allowed the question of character on the verge of reflecting a different component of human nature.
The tribe's pride allowed the element of closeness either to spy on the target or keep the target from progressing and know when to attack, harm, and bring damage. So if you try to convince me that we live in a world that promotes true character, I will say," Sorry, you are deceiving me." We are in the age of doubt, divide and conquer. Benefits are for the group, not the individual, if they don't comply, defame, reframe, and deplete any resource possible to make the antagonist in the same spot and square. It isn't only a power drive; it isn't money-driven in an age of recession, inflation, economic, and character crises. Character is a perceptive component of the personality, the desirable and the undesirable about the individual. Hence, it is conditional to the tribe's pride and egotistical, I want it now attitudes. Character weaknesses can lead to may depreciation of human qualities, stirring endless conflict in any environment in which it exists. Unconscious ambition and competitiveness pave a fertile setting for character weakness to prosper in the depletion of good character resources and energies. It is a reality. Humans become chess pieces that can be put on the shelf anytime. Groups rise, and groups diminish. And this is the nature of life, this endless inner core or rivalry and desire to have control over one another; unfortunately, those who surrendered to their character weaknesses traits, and allowed the power game to control their lives, are being used for a specific purpose, then destroyed after the purpose of their usage is done.
Therefore, you hear, witness, and face the aftermath of the usage of these individuals who once thought that their skills could bring them what they wanted for decades. Unfortunately, they are being taken advantage of, used in a game for a specific purpose, then destroyed systematically to the degree that no one can trust their mental capabilities. Again "Do it dirty" is the common goal in the schema. Regular people can't speak about these scenarios as harm will be done unto them, no one can believe them, or trust is lost in this dynamic of the new rise that will shape communities for decades till another tribe seeks to rise. No doubt that those who have dark traits of personalities and characters find these environments as a prosperous land for them to get what they want, the dark knight of a soul, the battles that are systematically mentally taking over, that promotes the escalation of conflicts, scapegoated, whistleblowers, and so many roles and shapes can take place to maintain the tribe pride. Understanding the socio-cultural context within these environments is complex and tangled. It can cause harm to those who try to understand the human condition where opposition and labeling, bullying, aggression, belittling, attacking, and instability of the situation become the main elements of human existence that leads to nothing but the destruction of humans without a trace. No Justice, No Laws can put a context for this but "Bad Behaviors." We can't change people. We can change only ourselves, yet, what if these destructive behaviors are a front to more schema larger and more profound than destructive behaviors? What if they are the dynamic of destabilizing communities in favor of specific groups, races, ethnicity, and language and promote implicit biases, racial biases, discrimination, prejudice, and hate crimes, and fuel of continuous eradication of human existence?
Character weaknesses present a neuropsychophysiological stress response in the doer of harm and a ripple effect passing into others who are targeted and on the spot of human degradation. The flow in life has been disrupted, leading to imbalances in relationships and a loss of trust and confidence. Promoting self-doubt, hesitation, isolation, and driving not only mental health illnesses but the manifestation of chronic illnesses, personality disorders, addiction, and suicide due to the imbalance in the neurochemistry balances, the separation between the mind and the body for survival and adaptation, the gut-brain axis imbalances leading to irritable bowel syndrome, depression, anxiety, irritability, agitation, and aggression, impulsivity, and separation from the self, and others. Leading to traumatized minds and bodies, degrading the human soul, and gaining the power to control it. Once the mind and the body are weak, it is easy to attack and deplete the human soul, a game tribe provides that has excelled over centuries. However, the science wasn't clear about the connection between the sociocultural context influence in the disease manifestation. And the critical factor for this human degradation scenario to be influential is character weakness. It is a reality and not easy to navigate and investigate. It is a field that is so dark, filled with many risks, and can be overwhelming most of the time. Therefore, I don't believe there is something called authentic relationships. Sociocultural and economic interests run the life around, so actual humans are another question for me to investigate. The inherited socio-political and socio-economical scenarios run 95% of human unconsciousness, and history repeats itself. I hope you find the time to stop and question, "Where do you stand?"
