Walking On Broken Glass

2020 had its share on each one of us, and the most hit or core change is how we see the world and who we are in this world. True life, true experiences. When you are face to face with reality and how this will change how life used to be or go for you and those around you. 2020 was not a normal year to handle or going through. It was a year that everyone had to reconsider options of reliving, coping, surviving, overcoming each at their own space, understanding, knowledge, and skills, it was a year that put the whole world on the test. Unspecified, unclassified, non-standard test, you have to handle your question depending upon the previous moment results and wonder how far I am ready to take this, how far I am skilled to get to the pint of this test in hand, a mastermind test, irregular questions, perimeters, and variables, it is a global change where the game of life is given us new paradigms to consider and calculate. Fear, anxiety, stress are the main components, on different levels, each one of us had our share. It was and still a test of human awakening, here is the NOW, and what are you going to do about it? What does it teach you? What skills are required to keep going, keep moving? It was the time and still, that showed us who owns the right knowledge and skill they thrive and those who didn't expect this is coming, panicked and changed what they considered to be the norm. It paved the way to restructure your life.  Nothing is the same anymore, what is valuable, what is important, what is meaningful? and how can I survive.

From the point of fear, a person starts to care more about themselves and became a hoarder of any items they may need or not, filling the cabinets with whatever the mainstream is telling there is a shortage of, so the self was prioritized. The breath is chasing itself, a marathon has no start or finish point, the self became the only thing to care for and anyone else is being dropped out of the ride and that is normal in crisis. Save yourself first then when the time comes save others. So, no matter is being said the frontal lobe is being shut, the survival brain is activated so the person is acting from the animal brain, not the human brain, which levels up Cortisol and adrenaline, which is destructing you as a human on a biochemical level deconstructs the cell build-up so unconsciously, the person is not aware of the change of their body biochemistry as other inner workers taken over noradrenaline and norepinephrine and changing your neuromechanical structure of fight, flight, freeze, faint or fawn. The sympathetic activation, the animal brain, and your body language, your decisions are so clear as your anxiety levels up, noticing how your perception of your environment, everything doesn't support your survival became a threat and here we go conflict, acedia culture arouse where you are. For some this becomes an unsafe, overwhelming environment to be in, start to feel like walking on the broken glass since the animal brain overrides the human brain, and this what we read or hear about the toxic environment or unhealthy environment as it works on activating unhealthy neurotransmitters, oxidative stress and leading us to be a top list of chronic illnesses, autoimmune, suicide, addiction, aggression, violence, and high rate of domestic violence, a world runs on biochemical toxicity based on behavior, thoughts, feelings, and perception.

Each one of us experiences this toxic cycle of behaviors on different levels, yet some experience it on a deep level which reflects itself on the human you are and how you behave with others in a different environment, when you feel your worst and when you feel your best. Connecting the dots and notice the pattern. A toxic environment reveals there is a deeper battle is going on and reflect itself through body language, tone of voice, facial expression, and decision making. The elephant in the room culture change, social justice, and equality. Which are costly to any environment since they obligate to break the norm and address the elephant in the room. Are you activating from the animal brain or human brain? Are you walking with clarity and transparency, accountability, or do you feel you are walking on broken glass, fear of expressing your voice, fear to be what you believe in, fear to make your ideas part of life, fear to connect, fear to trust 67% don't trust in anything now, they become self-reliance which leads us to more division and separation even we are in the same place, the animal brain is taking over day after day. Only 8% can experience the Human brain to have a true connection, find joy, purpose, and meaning to their lives activating from the parasympathetic nervous system, compassion, empathy, and making an impact on those they get in touch with, come across, or communicate with. 2020 was an eye-opening on who is who and which is which, even though you realized that you haven't reached your life purpose yet, you were a body to fill a place or a job, you are being used in the process of fear and panic, yet it is a wonderful experience to explore the human experience in real action. Keep walking, scars are meant to be life lessons, keep walking even though the hurt is overwhelming, keep walking because you are designed to live and be... God is good.
