How much is too much?

How much is too much to take, handle or process?

In the realm of serenity and peace, we realize the burdens stacking upon our shoulders.  Red flags are not vain messages, they are your friend, the compass that leads your inner sight. Like sinking sand, smooth in the outside, and deadly inside. Yes, my words may seem heavy not light. Yet, words can give meaning to whatever conflicting or confusing around. What do you think? Walking spontaneously or breathing in, and slowing down. Our life is not a game, never been one, and how we end sometimes tells us it is one. Looking at the facts in hand and questioning every single stop in your life.  The zigzag shape you end with tells a lot how we are facing higher wages than us. Our weak, burn out bodies, scars everywhere and no clue what is all this about.

Vicious cycle do exist in the world of masters and clueless minds. Walking the miles that are required. Miles became distances that widen the gap of life. Wondering why? or how or even when? Your thoughts are taking you far away from anyone around you. Distances became bridges to cross to the other side. Where no one will question why/ when or how? or what is all this about?
I hear you, I see you, I understand where your feet are stepping and how do you feel at this moment.

When words only have 6% of the effect on the receiver of the message, our body language gives 77%, our facial expression 14% of the true message. You may say something, yet your whole total message is in your body, tone of voice and facial expression, the baseline of many understanding overall around. Even your silence, eyes, your breath rhyme are telling more than you say in words. We are a body communication machine, words are in many ways are useless.

Telling the truth in the face of a person, something may look extreme, and it can save lives. Ignoring the unspoken languages, leads to an accumulative endless amount of hypothesis, theories, views, opinions that make us walk with the antenna of confirmation biases.  We walk with these antenna searching for fault, guilt, stains, warnings, toward the other. If you belong to this group, you have to think, live, act, relate, do a certain way. No exceptions or a will to cross this delusional confirmation bias standard and just be.

We turn to live in a phobic community that red flag any unpopular patterns of action or lives around. The hard stones that are placed to stumble one another. The ability to listen to a different phase of life. A new golden rule was established," If you don't--------, you won't------/ you can't........." and the list goes on.

Let's imagine our young generation living this fact, what do think you will expect along the way? There is a misleading thread about what is real? Facing each social expectation, meeting the standard, following direction, dizzellion of proposals about how life has to be, and all stretched to get it. I got it, I have to choose, and what can I choose if Iam being lost outside and forgot about the inside, the true me, not the layers are being put on me ever since I started to interact outside of me.

Maybe Iam not the only one who found themselves at this stop of being unaware of the truth around. Or Iam lost because of what I once believed was the truth and it isn't. Let's go back to the truth of you and where you are right now, forget about the past, forget about anything else and stop! Listen to your true self, who you are, what do you want, why do you want it, and how and where can you start?

True life isn't paved with roses and the more you fight for the true you, the more walls you will hit, leaving scars all over you, landmarks of the price you have to pay, to be. Who you are, it is all come back to you. Silence all noses around and come back to the ground, listen to the struggling waves of the ocean, trying to find their way out, walk on the wet sand to be grounded and connected to the inner you, smell the breeze of the air that is pure not polluted one. The pure environment will smell like that, free to be you, no judgment, no confirmation biases, no traps, no chains to hold you down. The pure environment will include you and accept you just the way you are, no speculations, no condemnation or steel walls to separate you, or making you the outsider. The pure environment will feel peace, no fear in being with you, around you, till then walk the walk and keep moving and stop when it is needed to reflect and redirect the compass to where your inner self is in peace with. Not all storms are meant to break you. Walk with the one who walked on the water oh little faith, Jesus who had me since I was little, we have very unique conversations together, He is the one who carried my cross to have life, and here Iam with all confident walking to Him over and over. Nothing is too much for Jesus By: ME" The Old Ancient Woman "
