years passed and they are bringing me to a whole new perspective about life with its complexity and diversity. A place where the whole world is looking at as the lead. A place where you can be whoever you want to be. A place where no questioning about your former beliefs or present or future as this is one of the rights the constitution is granted it for everyone put their feet on the land. Stepping into the unknown as a new comer and an adult, with one suite case and few sum of money. Stepping into the new land that God led me to as He did once to our father Abraham. Stepping into the land where God wanted me to be. That what I learnt day by day is walking by faith not by sight.
Maybe as a naive believer I was still living in the old testament with the joy of the new testament. Yet, God wanted to show me that we still most of the time live in the Old Testament with its tribal , rituals, rules and laws that determine who is included and who is not . As it is openly shown in the day by day life. All what we call the survival and conflict of interest battle field . Competency, struggles, contradict words with actions, shaking promises, a world can exist in a day and vanish the next day. A world of inconsistency and changing promises. You can not rely on words %100 as there are many aspects that control those words to be or not to be.
So, I got lost, confused in the conflict or interests and true intentions. A whole new complexity you live in. Leading you to another journey of searching for the true meaning of the truth to be exist here on earth. Years prove to be that if we allow all these complexities to get into our mind, they will shaken the ground of your heart and soul. And that what the enemy loves to do. To lead you to self- doubt and rejection. You will never be enough, you are not worthy, you are nothing, look how people undermine you, make fun of you, disrespect you, humiliate you, throw you under the bus, step on you,avoid you , and the list goes on to bring you to the unhealthy spot of the battle field of mind.
And this what the enemy is always trying to do, using whoever he could control to put the toxic thoughts into your day and life to rob you of your faith and hope that Jesus paid the price for it thousands of years ago, unconditionally because He loves you. That brings me to a deeper question what if the enemy is using God's people to mislead one another and hurt one another. Here lies the great danger, when God's people turn against one another and give the space for the enmey lies to control their lives.Here I need to stop and consider what is from the first place brought me to the land of freedom. Freedom of faith and choice, I know where my faith is, in Jesus Christ and what He paid for me to give me hope and eternal life. Freedom of choice and here out loud I have to declare Jesus to reign over my life and reject all the lies that the enemy is trying to put into my life as there , there is no life, no difference between being saved or not. What is the difference you will turn to be like others who don't believe in God and battling in life to find a way of peace.
Here I have to learn who am I in Jesus Christ , my rock , my refuge and my healer. Here I have to learn how to count on Him and trust in Him where it is hard to be trusted or to be as He meant for you to be. The conflict of interests in the world won't end so don't let that distract you from your mission on earth is to give Him all honor and glory is each choice to make or step you take. Turn the walls of fears within you as the world is controlled with so much fear that we move into bubbles afraid of one another and what trouble may come the way. I learnt to stay true to myself while the world is changing their views depending on who is in control, authority , opportunities , itnerests and the list as well goes on. I learnt to declare my God is The Only ONE who is in control to live for Him no matter what small work I do or it is not respected by the world, What I choose and do is between Him and me. He made everything for us all what He needs is to seek Him, be thankful and grateful. The conflict scenes will not stop, they are surrounding us with each style, phase and broken promises , step put and declare His control over everything. He Reigns, by: Manal Eweis
