As we have confirmed many times, humans are social animals meant to be with others for survival. In old times, together was associated with the function each individual served in the group, resources, and protecting these resources from invaders and unexpected disasters like floods, earthquakes, and deforestation. Majors were nomadic, traveling nearby water surfaces and green land, with natural navigators among them to discover new lands and resources for the tribe's survival, reproduction, and shelter. The main task in old times was the basics: meeting the physical needs, having a sense of belonging within their in-groups, protecting them from invaders or predators, human and non-human, presenting the hunters gathered, and survival of the fittest. The survival mode has passed through generations, developed based on time and space, creating this innate primary fight-flight response, an inherited sense of fear and lack of safety.
This old strategy for survival made humans create their tools, organize their community in a certain way, and establish social norms and blueprints of social dynamics among the ingroup and unwritten and undeclared norms known only by the inner group to communicate and understand each other among other groups. Humans excelled in these unwritten, undeclared norms and shaped the blueprint of who was in and out. Furthermore, the complexity started to evolve with the facilitation of transportation and finding more straightforward mobility tactics worldwide. The geopolitical blueprint becomes the core of the unwritten, undeclared rules shaping the group dynamic. The relationship among humans has never been the same, with the increased conflict on resources, power, and dominance.
Societal disruption is guided by the redistribution of wealth and power among the ones who fit in the equation. Leaving behind billions to face the hard choices: either to pretend to belong to a more powerful group than them who have access to resources, influence, and power to survive, or shift among many groups to make their ends meet, or oppose and declare the enmity with the other. Others choose to create tools to destroy the opposition and gain power over specific groups to drain and deplete their resources, leaving them facing their most brutal nightmare of fear, isolation, and despair. The relationship becomes more complex in understanding who is who and what is what. Confusion is in place, and relatedness is difficult to attain. Struggle, challenge, and hardships are the norms for billions to leave the life equation unbalanced. Another option to survive is to leave your dignity at the door and face the undignified choices in life dependency, co-dependency, sense of helplessness, and freezing in pleasing others to give the individual just enough for short-term survival and increase the demand on dependency whether social, financial, or psychological. Humans excelled in creating the vicious cycle of disease and illness when they left their dignity and respect at the door.
The separation between the self and the other. Even if you see many groups around, they are not connected; they are separated, and the function that brings them together is a short-term goal. However, some take this short-term lived goal and shape a mental story that their entire life revolves around it, creating more dependency and no alternative. Therefore, they can't stand this feeling of being alone when reality hits. A sense of crazy anger drives the behavior, whether numbness through substance, sex, or falling short of the trap of leaving your dignity at the door and automatically being an object in the hands of whoever will make them survive and keep going without the sense of self, the other becomes the new adopted self.
Interestingly, to see them after the addiction of survival mode took hold of them, and it is hard to seek to know the self and have a sense of connectedness with the self first before being attached to the vicious cycle. However, gender presents another complex entity when it comes to understanding the separation of the self, the persistent inner conflict that presents itself in dysfunctional, disorganized, chaotic, and unstable relationships. Humanity has been witnessing the highest level of separation of the self and witnessing more of these disorganized dynamics among groups using resources and relationships to manipulate, control, and have power over whoever is considered less than others. The human Gods took shape a long time ago. Once the land was expanded, the mix among tribes and more resources were used. However, the limited resources made the battle more fierce. Modern life created monsters out of humans, more apathetic dynamics with no remorse for human suffering, of falling apart. Suffering becomes the norm, pain is the outcome, and disease and illness are the norm. Once, I believed in the Utopia humans can create, a land of scholars sharing knowledge and evolving the human mind. I wasn't aware of the human-animal fiercely trying to destroy this utopia, creating confusion, chaos, living in conflict, and a state of unrest, instability, suppression of human respect and dignity, and control over the physical materialistic world. It is a reality that can't be denied. Disease and illness are natural outcomes of the human-animal desperate desire to control others and micromanage every aspect of their lives when humans are seen as tools that can be changed, used, and abused. Risky behaviors are punishment of the self, denying its existence, and allowing the human animal to take more control over uncontrolled desires and material gain.
Wellness is a strange world for billions caught by dependency, co-dependency, and helplessness. Few can realize the essential role of knowing oneself and seeking a greater goal than the self for a long-term lived life. Many blocks require rearrangement and a conscious mind of the crucial role of each aspect to reach whole person wellness and a sense of value, dignity, and respect for the self before seeking them from others. Seeking them from others will lead to the vicious cycle of leaving your respect and dignity at the door and being a puppet in a puppet show put on the shelf after the show. The modern life game of survival with shallow value and a sense of respect. Having an introspective about who you are, your value, your worth, your sense of dignity, and respect for the one who is looking at you in the mirror is so essential for having a life with the intention to do what evolves and relates, connect, and brings peace into your day. Until someone doesn't like it, anyone, shout "STOP". Understanding that the vicious cycle is the norm now in modern life when dignity, respect, peace, and respect are the exception. It takes a lot of courage to be the exception, not the norm. Peace!!! By: ME, "The old ancient woman."
