I can't express the triangular power of these three on human perception about either themselves or others or the whole world around them enough. Walking around to notice every action, each has a unique story. It provides patterns within the overall culture in the place. I notice the closed, the cheerful, the burdened, the weary, and the secretive impulsive ones. I notice the Alpha person and the followers, they please, and the wanderer. Humans carry their perception with every action and reaction produced within the environment. However, I am faced with a heavy wall when I want to get deeper. I question how many walls are built within an open environment, yet they are not seen and only perceived or experienced. Therefore, their purpose is to hold the other captive, alienate them, control their thinking, or even set them in a mental prison of being their own hand victim. Hence, it is hard to witness this open conversation without judgment or reporting it to superiors. Therefore, many truths are kept at a specific distance. Thinking of what mechanism the mind and body are working. Are they working separately, or are they completely disconnected? How come I know if the walls can't be penetrated? How come I know if we don't speak the same language? What if the minds are functioning from fear, abandonment, neglect, rejection, and denial of the most minor rights for humans to be? Many questions come to my mind when I witness the alienation in human nature, body language, facial expression, and the way they carry themselves around. How many are functioning from this point of fear, and how can they handle the most minor responsibilities in their lives? How many are struggling and suffering in silence, yet their overall movement tells much more than words? So, How can we have a safe, trusted environment for humans to be themselves before it turns into a disease and has a high cost to manage? Many lost sight of "You are fearfully and wonderfully made."
Most human suffering starts from the embryonic stage, stress, trauma, gene expression, and brain-body functionality. The environment and lifestyle either add up to this load or provide a miracle for healing. So, it all depends on what is after being born. A load of toxicity the infant carry either decrease or increases; therefore, it is a possibility and probability condition. Coming into a life led from the point of conflict and struggle shapes the neuro-physiochemical state. Imagine if the parents carry the trauma in their cell membrane. It can influence how the child is attached and detached from others. How their sensory load becomes sensitive to conflict, separation, how this will lead to gene mutation, and susceptibility to mental-emotional and physiological disorders. How the brain will build the pattern to react, defend, or be intolerant of straightforward unempathetic attitudes around them. The vocabulary they are exposed to will trigger negative emotions, change their biochemistry, weaken their immune system and make it easy to get sick. Repetitive sickness or infections will weaken the body's natural defenses and may lead to a massive change in the microbiome, leading to other mental disturbances like anxiety, depression, bipolar, and even psychotic.
Furthermore, chronic parasitic infections can lead to significant depression and suicidal ideation, and delusions like Toxoplasma gondii. Aggressive behaviors are highly connected with certain types of viruses and bacterial infections. All this load of microbiome alteration, stress response, and increased levels of stress hormones, including cortisol, norepinephrine, and adrenaline, leads to anatomical brain changes. The gut-brain axis is essential to understanding how they affect mental state, organ function, metabolic rate, performance, and productivity. Sometimes, I won't ask everyone how their microbiome balance is? How about a parasite test? How about the SIBO test? How about the ACEs Quiz? How about Stress Test? How about an inflammation test? to be included within vital signs as a preventive measure to eliminate the progress of the disease or confuse cell communication? Will they be the golden standard with regular check-ups? How far can chemical disturbances impact the neuropsychophysiological state at an early age? How about opening the door to science to present new guidelines from 2 years old to 18 years old? Understanding human neuropsychophysiology will positively affect the immune system and the nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, the wandering nerve connected to each function of your body. Another ignored warrior within the body is the thymus, responsible for producing T- Cells to direct B-cells to produce antigens to fight pathogens and invaders into the body that compromise health over time. Healthy balanced T- cells enhance mitochondria function and well balance cell communication, regulating the nervous system, therefore, a balanced anatomical brain development with early detection. Human behavior results from inherited DNA structure, gene expression, lifestyle, environment, and social influences. Whether healthy or unhealthy, behaviors are primarily based on how balanced the neuropsychophysiological chemistry is? Then it can predict how social actions, feelings, and emotions will dysregulate, develop intolerance and short threshold in the face of challenges and struggles, or they will structure resilient chemistry within? Specifically with children that are high in ACEs and happened to be brought up in a hostile environment. The work has to be done from within first, then prepare the neurobiology to face challenges and structure the coping mechanisms from the point of critical thinking and problem-solving, not survival mode, which increases aggression, anxiety, depression, addiction, and many other Socio-cultural complexities, and impact the safety of societies.
