Still the Journey within carry a million change.......
www.telgraph.co.uk
The image of a million words said or unsaid. Humans are social creatures by nature. They are created to be associated with one another. They were created to be together, facing the unknown and standing for one another. That sounds ideal thinking. A way that brings reality with it. How humans can relate now is a mystery, ambiguity, and doubt crept into the human soul and damaged the inner peace within. Even going with the flow leaves the inner soul tired and fatigued. How many encountered the image above, thinking that it is the truth, the reality, the everyday life of the best years humans can live. How many felt sorry that they could not reach this state of joy and belonging, putting a heavy load upon themselves that they don't belong, alienating themselves, and punishing that unwanted image in the mirror. What humans perceive as reality is just a perception. It can mean a million things all go back to human experience. The new age is controlled by the image that took us from what is true. Conflicting thinking and assumptions build millions of opinions around them, the mind becomes crowded, weary of holding any more assumptions, and wants to let them go, yet the perception is holding them back. Allowi=ing the fight within, the battle turns out to be an inner batter controlled by what is happening. And all are assumptions.
Creating a silent dialogue only the soul can carry. Imagine 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts are created every minute in humans' heads and imagine if the human is prone to dwell on the negative one, their reality will project everything negative and rip joy out of the soul. Imagine that life is given freely and is torn apart by the negative thoughts humans allow to occupy a space in their heads. Imagine this energy is passing from one generation to another. Imagine humans are creating their own self-destructive tools and tools that ruin the lives of others. Imagine how much the body can take and how much the impact is on mortality and morbidity. Imagine a world living on self-affliction, sadness, anxiety, depression, and fear. Imagine that life's wonderful gift is wasted on nothingness but assumptions. Imagine how much the humans are leaving behind, subconsciously, and creating islands of unresolved emotions, conflicts, and mixed battles within. Imagine allowing all forces of self-defeat to take place in your life? Can't elaborate more than it is a wasted life. The life that ignores and denies the beauty within and around. How many years and decades many lost in this presumed life? How many are imprisoned in their own mental prison, unable to break free, or have a trusted, safe environment to break free?
Mental cages can live and strive even when the human looks happy on the outside; millions become so clever to mask their true inner reality to fit in, get along, go with the flow, or be people pleasers fearing to be alone or left behind, they don't know that they are the ones that left themselves behind. Merging with the crowd and causing loss of identity, boundaries, and self-awareness are the challenges confronting the young generation and the regrets of the older generation. The beginning and the end stages of life. Leaving the dash lost in its competitiveness, striving, racing, and chasing empty dreams. Loss of identity is not a new topic or challenge. It is something passed from one generation to another. What is normal at the beginning of the life, whether love or dysfunctional, will be normal when humans get older, and the cycle goes on. What is normal depends on what humans consider normal, each according to their own experiences. Grouping and segregation occur subconsciously. It may differ in style, yet its impact stays profound in wounding the human soul. Living within the cycle of others' expectations and denying the self's needs, emotions, and dreams is an old social justice toward human life.
The longing for the inner child calls for action to see, hear, feel, and realize the true self. Yet, this won't happen in the vacant; it has to have a united mind, body, soul, and spirit. Requires the 5's A- Acknowledge the strengths within. -Acknowledge milestones of life journey.-Acknowledge the support along the journey. - Acknowledge the setbacks that accumulate the breaking emotions, loss, grief, bitterness, and range. - Acknowledge your emotions just as they are, with no added assumptions. Say it, Acknowledge it, Validate it, and Find what lessons you learned from those emotions. What memories do they bring to your present moment? Why you felt this way? How did you adapt? Did the strategies you selected for adaptation serve you or harm you more than ever? Open- self- dialogue with constructive questions reveals what caused the damage and how much you want the change. Will it be when humans decide to put aside the outside image, the expectations, the chasing, the racing, the competition, and slow down for inner-self-conversation? To connect, relate, and reconcile with self before they can relate to anyone else. And stop repeating the pattern of false co-dependency, dysfunctional relationships, and creating more damage than could ever imagine, passing it to the young generation to fight battles they didn't have a choice in? I hope everyone can stop, listen to their breath, slow down and prepare for authentic inner-self conversations that will demystify all the assumptions, heal the damage, and create positive change. I hope you will see the precious creation of God. Peace !! By: ME "The Old Ancient Woman"
